Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
You may return your evryfit purchase for a Gift Voucher, if an item is faulty and listed incorrectly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, on sale and custom items. Faulty items must be returned within 14 days. If you have any queries, please contact us prior to buying and we will be happy to help.
All Pre-Order orders are in accordance with our General Returns Policy.
Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the date you received your order. Please read below for returns process. Evryfit reserves the right to deny any returns that are received outside these conditions.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving a return authorisation number from evryfit. If your return is not received within 30 days of generating a return authorisation number, your return will be cancelled and will not be processed.
The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable. Please return items with tracking as evryfit is not responsible for lost packages returned back to us. evryfit is not responsible for the postage costs of returns. In case of a refund, the original shipping/postage costs are non-refundable. Any discounts, promotions or loyalty points awarded are not applicable for returns.
Please allow up to 3 business days for all returns to be processed from the date it is received by evryfit.
Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via the email address provided in your evryfit order. You will receive a separate email containing your Gift Voucher details and how to use your Gift Voucher. Please ensure to check your Junk & Spam inboxes for all emails from evryfit.

Returned to Sender
In case of any return to sender i.e. order returned to evryfit, due to failure to collect from Post Office or any other collection point, your order will be refunded after deducting the cost of shipping/handling fees associated with processing your order. This includes any order with free delivery. The original shipping/postage costs are non-refundable.
If you wish to receive your order after it has been returned, this can be arranged after paying for re-delivery shipping/postage costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Gift Cards / Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Gift Cards are non-refundable.
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, evryfit is not required to provide a refund for sizing, fit or change of mind returns. For example, should you make the wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind, within compliance with Consumer Rights evryfit is not obligated to offer a refund.
If there is a major fault with the style you've purchased, we will offer to replace it where available. If we cannot replace the style, we will offer a evryfit gift voucher or refund. All claims for faulty styles are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund is at the discretion of evryfit. If the item is deemed not faulty, a refund will be denied or a 25% restocking fee will apply assessed on a case by case basis.
